Delivery

Orders placed before noon on a business day are dispatched on the same day. During weekends and public holidays, order processing times may be slightly extended.

For deliveries to the UK mainland, the courier will normally deliver 2/3 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow for slightly longer over weekends and public holidays

You will receive notification emails keeping you up to date with the progress of your order – from when it leaves our warehouse, to when it arrives at your chosen address.

Overseas deliveries

At present, we only deliver website orders to addresses within the United Kingdom, in order to provide the best value and service to our customers, and to minimise our environmental impact. International shipping can be arranged for bulk orders. Please email us with your specific requirements.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with all of our products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, then please let us know within 30 days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to refund you in full, or give you a credit note to use against another purchase.

In the case of receipt of damaged or faulty items, you can request either a refund or a replacement item, free of charge.

Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of damaged or faulty items.

We cannot accept requests for refunds as a result of deliveries being delayed or late.
